There is a $5 refund on your co-pay for doctor's office visits for members of GHI/CBP and HIP/VIP for up to 15 office visits per year per family. Retirees should call the DEA Health Benefits Office at (212) 587-9120 in January for a refund form. Filing for refunds falls between January 1 and March 31 for your previous year's doctor visits. Checks will be mailed in April. |
