For catastrophic medical expenses after your G.H.I. basic refund, the DEA requires an out-of-pocket deductible of $2,000 per calendar year. When G.H.I. original statements are submitted to the DEA reflecting the deductible, we will refund $1,500 of the deductible. All expenses after the deductible will be processed for 100% reimbursement up to $250,000. |
