The Carrington Fund was established for the benefit of Niya Carrington, the daughter of slain Det. Sean Carrington, who was killed in the line of duty on January 19, 1998. Niya Carrington was only two years old when her father died in a hail of bullets from the semi-automatic pistol of a drug dealing ex-con.

This Trust Fund not only helps prepare for Niya's future, but also helps ease the emotional burden on Det. Carrington's family.
