The contract raise and the 4% longevity increase in years 15 and 20 took effect in the May 14 paycheck.  The new longevity rate at the 15 years mark is $282.70 per paycheck, and at the 20 year mark is $322.58 per paycheck. 
 
The final raise of 4% is due on 4/01/2011.
